Rick's Tips
If you are confused about bat size—remember—bat speed is the key to hitting. Swing a bat you can handle, not one that handles you!

To the Parents and Ball Players,

Since 1993, the Buffalo School of Baseball has been a facility that baseball and softball players of all ages have come to know and trust. The professionalism, highly competent quality of the instructors and mission of the Buffalo School of Baseball is, and always has been, to bring players to another level.

There are rumors that the Buffalo School of Baseball is joining forces with New Era Cap and Inferno Baseball. Please allow me to clear up the questions that many of you have concerning the move. New Ear Park/Inferno Baseball at 3950 Broadway Avenue in Depew, NY will soon house the Buffalo School of Baseball. The Buffalo School of Baseball will not change its format, as I am still, and will remain, the sole owner. Even after we relocate, my staff and I will be responsible for providing all of the baseball and softball instruction in the building. We are simply relocating our business to a new building and will still remain a separate business from Inferno. However, we will participate in many joint ventures such as clinics, camps, and indoor and outdoor leagues. Through this combined effort, we will be providing our students with outstanding and diverse opportunities to develop your baseball and softball skills. Our new home will now have six new batting cages, a full indoor turf infield and a smaller turn infield, which will be beneficial for the staff and students to cover more areas of instruction. Nothing will change as far as the day-to-day operations at the Buffalo School of Baseball. All lessons and lesson plans will remain the same.

This move will most likely take place sometime in mid November, and if there are any changes in that date, we will be sure to keep you informed and updated. We are very excited to be a part of New Era Park, which is only one half mile from our present location. Until then, we will still be conducting business as usual at 2500 Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga, NY.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call. The Buffalo School of Baseball, and teaching my students, has always been my passion and I would never jeopardize the trust you have shown in me over the years. I welcome you to come and experience our growth and development in this exciting venture. I look forward to seeing all of you at our new location.

Sincerely,
Rick Lancellotti
